Welcome to Kinnerly. These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using Kinnerly.com and any early access, beta, or future product features offered by Kinnerly.

By visiting Kinnerly.com, joining the early access list, or using any Kinnerly feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Kinnerly.

1. What Kinnerly Is

Kinnerly is currently an early-stage concept and beta product. It is being developed as a private connection and memory platform for family members, close friends, and the people who matter most.

Current and future features may include early access signups, private people maps, memory prompts, Story Photos, Memory Threads, reminders, and related tools for staying connected.

2. Early Access and Beta Status

Kinnerly is currently in an early access and testing stage. Features may change, be added, be removed, or stop working at any time.

Joining the early access list does not guarantee access to a beta product, a specific feature, or a permanent account.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using Kinnerly, you agree that you will not:

• submit false, misleading, or harmful information;
• use Kinnerly to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others;
• upload or share content that violates another person's rights;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access;
• use Kinnerly for spam, scraping, abuse, or unlawful activity;
• interfere with the security or operation of the website.

4. User Content

Future Kinnerly features may allow users to submit names, locations, memories, photos, stories, messages, or other content.

You are responsible for the content you choose to submit. You should only submit content that you have the right to share.

You keep ownership of your content. By submitting content to Kinnerly, you give Kinnerly permission to use, store, display, and process that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

6. Map and Location Features

Future Kinnerly Map features are intended to use city-level or approximate locations only. Kinnerly is not intended to provide live tracking, exact street-level tracking, or background GPS monitoring.

You should not enter someone else's location information unless you have a reasonable basis to do so and are using the feature in a respectful, appropriate way.

7. Photo and Memory Features

Future Story Photos and Memory Threads features are intended to help users preserve the stories behind meaningful photos and family memories.

You should not upload photos, stories, or personal information that you do not have permission to share.

8. Children

Kinnerly is not intended for children under 13. You may not use Kinnerly if you are under 13.

If future features involve children, parents or legal guardians should control and supervise any information submitted about minors. COPPA applies to certain websites and online services directed to children under 13 or services with actual knowledge that they are collecting personal information from children under 13.

9. No Professional Advice

Kinnerly is not a counseling, therapy, legal, financial, medical, or professional advice service. Any prompts, reminders, or suggestions are provided for general connection and memory-preservation purposes only.

10. Third-Party Services

Kinnerly may use third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, database storage, email, payments, maps, or other functionality.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

11. Intellectual Property

Kinnerly, the Kinnerly name, the website design, text, graphics, branding, and related materials are owned by Kinnerly or its owner, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Kinnerly branding or materials without permission.

Kinnerly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the website or future product will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Because Kinnerly is in an early stage, features and availability may change without notice.
